Our team consist of instructional designers from Australia, UK and US who specialise in the development of leadership and management programs and who have extensively researched the market to extract the most effective and practical training methodologies.

All of our instructional designers are at a senior management level, own their own HR consulting and Learning and Development company and hold relevant qualifications such as MBA and degrees. Our strong connection with overseas alliances is what makes Cosmo Leaders unique and as a result we are able offer top quality training materials.

Tania Lee is the Founding Director of Cosmo Leaders. She has extensive experience in Human Resource training and leadership roles in the insurance, recruitment, aged care, and financial services sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Business (Monash University) in Human Resources and Management and Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training.

Her previous experiences as a Training Consultant developing and delivering leadership programs gave her an insight into some of the real challenges organisations and consultants face when it comes to leadership training.

Organisations know they need to train their staff but in reality training often gets continually postponed and placed on the low end of the priority list. Some organisations invest thousands of dollars on outsourcing training companies to find out they only offer limited services under limited circumstances.

For Training Consultants on top of their already hectic workload the amount of time required to develop a four-hour training session can take months. This is time which could be better spent on delivering training, measuring results, conducting follow ups and focus on other business demands.

This was the challenge and gap in the market Tania identified, which led her to establish Cosmo Leaders. Her mission is to enable companies and orgnisations to save on outsourcing fees, save on time developing materials and regain control of the training process.
